This hotel is a hidden gem. It's equipped with all the modern equipment and furniture. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They treat you so well that it makes you feel like a VIP. Coming to the food. The food quality is great and it taste so good. Although they serve only vegetarian food, but it's amazing. They have these restaurants and lounges with view of the whole city. Even people who are not staying come to these restaurants to enjoy the ambience. All in all, I had a really comfortable stay here and I highly recommend staying in Parallel hotel on your next trip to Udaipur.

Room was great as well as the location of the hotel. As mentioned by other people the staff’s competence does not meet expectations. We were almost charged 10000 INR too much and we only got a “oh that’s weird”. I think the staff is quite young without too much experience. Proper training can easily make this a 5 star experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. If you are looking to spend some quality time in hotel, also explore Udaipur city and enjoy great food this is the perfect place for you. All city attractions are very close by, TARO Restaurant/bar is really good for drinks and food is amazing. Rooms are comfortable, sound proof and equipped with new technology/furniture.

I stayed here for three nights in November. The rooms are extremely clean, ac works well and the bathroom facilities are good. The breakfast is the best pure veg offering we have had on our three week tour. The food is cooked to order. The inky disappointing thing was the service. We had to constantly had to remind the servers that we had ordered coffee, toast etc, which was frustrating, especially as we were one of three occupied tables. The most disappointing thing, was that before our arrival we had sent messages via the website system, booking dinner in the roof top restaurant as we were going to arrive quite late. Wr had a reply saying that someone would get call to us, which never happened. On arrival, we were told that the restaurant had a private function…. We were told by the very uninterested reception manager that they didn’t reply to website messages…! So why have it?!!! Having arrived late after a 7 hour drive and having made efforts to communicate with the hotel, this was extremely disappointing. The in house spa however is excellent. I would recommend this hotel, but would urge the management team to review service levels.
